whiCh DieT yOu PreFer???? II

ni sambungan pada jadual pemakan daripada previous entry

type B 
diet schedule.. (makan 3 x sehari)
diet ni sesuai untuk anda yang sibuk bekerja, atau memang makan hanya 3 kali sehari.

1) sarapan pagi kul 8 pagi : minuman bertenaga (milo panas, horlick panas, etc) + 1 set sandwich/2 keping roti bakar/ separuh meehun grg
makanan nampak macam berat sikit. tp ini untuk bekalan tenaga sehingga tgh hari nati.

2) makan tgh hari kul 1: nasi separuh + dua sayur/ satu sayur &satu buah + satu ayam/ikan/daging + air suam
kurangkan daging. pengambilan daging juga tidak melebihi 2x seminggu. by the way, badan masih memerlukan khasiat daging. makan dalam kuantiti yg sederhana. lebih kan sayur dan buah.. minum air putih secukup nya 15 minit selepas makan.

3) makan malam sebelum pukul 8 : meehun sup/ayam panggang/ yong tau fu + air suam/ green tea suam
makan malam yg ringkas untuk alas perut supaya kite x mengunyah junk food bile lapar. makan dalam kuantiti yg sederhana. elak kan makanan berminyak dan tinggi carbohidrate. air suam/ green tea suam bagi badan kite rasa relax dan tenang. 

so, tdo la dengan aman.

jgn lupa minum air putih 2 liter sehari..
lakukan aktiviti senaman yg bersesuaian, k..

sekarang, ramai dikalangan kite sume yg sedar tentang kesihatan dan berat badan..
mentaliti pon dah berubah.. bukan semua org nak kurus sbb nak nampak cantik kan???
tp demi kesihatan sendiri.

kadang2 berat ideal and umur masih muda, tp high cholesterol 
 **saya la tu**
sume nye sebab pemakanan..
well, nak diet mmg susah sbb kite dah biase ng cara pengambilan makan kite setiap hari..
jgn terlalu obses dalam mengurangkan kuantiti makanan, nanti pengsan plak sbb x cukup tenaga.. hihi

ok, kat sini betty nak share 2 jenis diet mengikut kelaziman waktu pemakanan anda..

type A
ni sesuai untuk anda yg mengambil makanan kerap (5-6x sehari).. ni jenis yg suke mengunyah.. **macam saya jugak**hihi

1) awal pagi around 7am : secawan milo/teh/ kopi (ikut kegemaran masing2)
otak kite memerlukan glucose untuk bekerja.. itu sgt penting.. sbb kekurangan gula menyebabkan otak x dapat bekerja dgn baik sbb xde tenaga untuk digunakan. ia juga dapat mngurang kan bibir kering atau menggelupas sbb enzime amilase dah kurang dalam proses mencernakan glucose td.
  
2) lewat pagi aroung kul 10am : secawan teh o/kopi o/jus buah + 2 kuih/2 telur rebus (2 je tau)
ni untuk bagi sambungan tenaga dari minum pagi td.. ini pon penting sbb kite x terlalu lapar mase lunch nati.. xde la baham ikut nafsu je kan???pada waktu ni metabolisma kita ditahan puncak.

3) lunch around kul 1: nasi separuh + 2 sayur/ 1 sayur & 1 buah + 1 ayam/ikan + air suam
ni memang untuk tenaga harian. jgn lambat nati lapar sgt makan byk pulak.. walaupon mase makan tu rase x cukup, dun worry sbb 15 minit kemudian anda akan rasa kenyang dan selesa.. untuk protein tu, x digalakkan amek daging.. daging boleh diambil tak lebih 2x seminggu. anyway, badan kite perlukan daging merah juga untuk mencegah TB.. hihi

4) minum petang kul 5@6 pm: teh o/ kopi o
ini tenaga untuk malam. selepas penat bekerja seharian, tenaga pon dah kurang.. ape tah lagi nak sambung kerja kat umah lagi kan?? tp jgn amek ape2 makanan tambah2 lagi seperti goreng pisang.. minyak !! minum petang ni mengelakkan kite makan junk food untuk mengalas perut.. gula tu dah cukup untuk bagi tenaga

5) makan malam x lebih dari kul 7.30 pm : simple dinner
pada waktu malam, metabolisma badan mula menurun. so, juz prepare simple dinner yg senang dan cepat seperti yong tau fu, mix veg n fruit salad, sandwich tuna/telur/ayam. juz take a small portion ok. sepiring pon dah cukup..

6) last skali (optional) lebih kurang pukul 10 pm : segelas susu suam
susu suam buat kite tdur nyenyak and tenang.. tidur yg berkualiti buat kite segar bertenaga pd esok hari. susu suam jugak buat kite tak nampak pucat pd bagi besok nye.

hapPieSt moMent


the most happiest moment as occupational therapist is when you see the client able to functional back..
once the child able to write and do self-care activities independently..
when the client able to stand, walk and feed themselves..
see the client able to swallow and chew the food..

it make me happy through out the day..
smiLe...

i always try to give all the best for my client..
in sense of humanity and responsibility..

is iTcaN be TreaTed?????

question:
how can autism, down's syndrome and cerebral palsy can be treated even though we know its not curable and degenerative???

answer:
yes, its true..
i'm not treat the diagnose directly..
what can i do are to make the children with those condition become functional and able to be independent to the optimum level..

the aim such as able do toileting independently..
try you imagine, once the child grow up and puberty, but they still dependent in toileting..
at home, the mom will help them, but once go to school???
that's right, they can use diapers, well it is good if they able to do it independently, which is we concern about hygiene and health

second is, feeding themselves properly
at home, the parents or caregiver able to feed them,
once the parents/carer are not around, they will eat with messy and the food do not full their stomach seem it mess around on the table..
moreover, how the child be able to eat by themselves???
we will train the fine motor first, then train using spoon then, using barely hand..

furthemore, for the behavior problem..
we'll train them to be more behave..
by using the sensory approach..

for cerebral palsy, we know the condition is degenarative which is it become worst by time..
the spasticity increase and pattern of the muscles make the child become stiff and tight..
we as therapist will try to delay the spasticity process

our main aim is to make the child to be functional and independent to the optimum level.
and therapist is exist is to help parents in sense of humanity..
